Ada 105 Penderita HIV/AIDS di Kabupaten Kolaka, Dokter sebut ada Ibu Hamil
KOLAKA, TRIASPOLITIKA.ID – Kasus HIV-AIDS di Kabupaten Kolaka, Sulawesi Tenggara terjadi peningkatan yang drastis.
Berdasarkan data dari program pengendalian HIV, ada 105 orang di wilayah tersebut positif terjangkit HIV/AIDS. Ini diketahui saat salah seorang dokter di Kolaka menyampaikan hal tersebut melalui akun Tik Tok miliknya @dr.aris_punna00224.
”Sebenarnya di Kolaka ini sudah lebih dari seratus kasus HIV positif. 105 terakhir datanya dari program pengendalian HIV,” ungkap dr. Aris.
Aris menyatakan, jika berdasarkan Teori gunung es (kerugian tidak terlihat yang timbul lebih besar dari pada kerugian yang terlihat) satu orang yang terjangkit, maka ada seratus orang positif yang masih tersembunyi.
”Jika 105 kita kalikan 100, maka diperkirakan ada 10.500 orang yang kemungkinan besar positif HIV, namun belum ditemukan,” ungkapnya.
Aris juga menyampaikan jika penularan penyakit berbahaya tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh tiga faktor. ”Yang pertama melalui jarum suntik. Misalnya orang yang kerap menggunakan narkoba melalui suntikan, satu suntuk yang kemudian juga digunakan oleh orang lain,” jelasnya.
”Faktor selanjutnya yaitu hubungan seksual. Semisal ada PSK (pekerja seks komersial) yang terjangkit kemudian melakukan hubungan badan dengan orang lain maka penyakit tersebut bakal berpindah ke orang tersebut,” sambungnya.
Selain itu faktor lainya kata Aris yaitu ibu kepada anaknya. Seperti yang terjadi baru baru ini kata Aris, ada seorang ibu hamil di Kolaka positif terjangkit penyakit HIV.
”Kemarin, ada ibu ibu hamil yang positif HIV. Dia (ibu hamil) mau melahirkan di rujuk ke rumah sakit namun dia tidak mau malah lari. Belakangan kita ketahui ibu tersebut melahirkan dibantu dukun,” ungkap Aris.
Untuk itu Aris mengimbau warga Kolaka untuk lebih hati hati serta dapat membatasi diri, karena belum ada obat mujarab yang bisa menyembuhkan penyakit menular tersebut.
